Pizza CT

You have got to go try this pizza place out. Chris the owner has the best personality. The calzones are amazing. I’m very picky when it comes to crust, but this crust is amazing. The garlic parm wings are so yummy and I’m a regular at the casino Bow and Arrow and these wings blow them away. Go try them out. Yummy. Today is my second order this week. ??‍♀️

Nice to finally see real food in this part of CT. The owner, Chris, is willing to do what chain companies cannot. Spend money on real ingredients and work hard to prepare and keep them fresh. The fact that he gets his bread from the local Vocatura bakery says a lot. He still has a few kinks to work out, but I wish this restaurant long term success. Keep our money in our town, keep unnecessary preservatives out of our food along with all of the additives needed to mask them, support local farmers and businesses. You can do all that just by eating here.

Great and friendly staff. Pizza was fresh and they were very attentive to our order while managing a crowd following us afterwards. Variety beyond just pizza, with grinders and other items. Pizza bar style a bit misleading but understandable as previous owners were 1000 degrees. Overall great food and great service from a newer business so 5/5 in my books.

Staff is super friendly, but definitely isn't comparable to 1000 degree. Watching dough being stretched, was obvious consistency wasn't perfected. Mozzarella was definitely fresh and highlight of the pizza. They don't have a build your own (just pay per topping like every other pizza place). If we lived nearby would probably visit again bc was "good" but no longer anything special that justifies the drive there.
