Starbucks

I've been an almost daily Dunkin' customer for years, but I thought I'd give Starbucks a try today as Dunkin' has been disappointing me a bit lately. I didn't care for the taste of my Starbucks iced coffee, and it was tiny compared to the similarly-priced one at Dunkin'. On the positive side, the employee was friendly, the app is good, and the service was fast, but I get all this at Dunkin'. So Starbucks did not win me over.

Love the convenience of this spot, but the staff has never been my favorite. The Groton staff is so much more personable. Plus there is almost always a long line and (when the indoor seating was available) always packed dining area, packed parking lot that is difficult to maneuver, and packed drive thru.

My coffee was not right and they remade it. A lot of times its not right and it has to be remade. There are some real nice people here but a few are not. If i pay 6 to 7 dollars for a coffee i would like it to be correct. Wouldnt you?

Starbucks is more expensive than Dunkin but it's a much better cup of coffee. I cut so many calories because I didn't need sugar or a lot of coffee creamer.

Consistent, as expected. Nice, clean, helpful staff. Good food variety, juices and merchandise. The bathrooms were clean. The location was convenient. Coffee was good and staff made recommendations based in what I was looking for. All in all, a good Starbucks.
