“Had a wonderful meal with the family and got a great deal. We had ordered a large pie with wings and a 2 liter of soda, all for under $30! The owner, Caitlin, is very attentive and kept checking in on us throughout our meal and ensured we had everything we needed. The menu has lots of options, so there is something for everyone. Overall, the service and the food were great! Everything came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back!”

“I used to be a huge fan of this place when it was owned by the Greek gentleman. They used the freshest ingredients for a reasonable price. This is no longer the case. My son's mother ordered a small pizza and small order of chicken wings a week ago, they charged almost $30! Last night I ordered a large house salad. Ice berg lettuce, a few tomatoes, it did have some rolled up cold cuts, which was too much meat. They somehow forgot the onions. $18! Absolutely insane. The people were nice enough, but you would be smiling too if you were making 900% profit. I won't be going back. Unbelievable.”

“Teddy's has the best rice pudding in the USA. I have traveled all over the US and I have not found a recipe that even comes close. Teddy's also has great pizza. The crust is not too thin and not too thick. The house special pizza is completely covered with the toppings. There is an excellent quality of mozzarella cheese on the pizza, as well. It does not burn. We had their Friday prime rib for the first time. Very good. I have also had the stuffed peppers, the fish and chips, (this is my friend's favorite restaurant for fish and chips)many sandwiches - all are great. When we come to the Connecticut shore, Teddy's is always one of our stops.”

“I gave this restaurant 5 stars for achieving positive results in each criteria I use in measuring a great dining experience -atmosphere, service, food quality, price and value. My wife and I visited here for dinner last week, and enjoyed a fabulous meal. It was a cold Saturday, so I opted for comfort food. I ordered the Lasagna and she had the Eggplant Parmigiana. We shared the grilled Portobello mushroom -excellent! Service was great. Our waitress, Kellie was attentive and pleasant. One of the owners also came by several times to check in with us. I like this level of service, and appreciate when management is genuinely concerned about my experience. This was our first visit, and I understand that this restaurant just recently began serving dinner, as it was mainly a breakfast and lunch spot. You would never have known. The atmosphere was very warm, and was great for a date. I found the prices reasonable, and liked being able to bring my own bottle of wine -they are in the process of getting a liquor license, and this option will only be available for a short period. Take advantage of this, and go there now. We had a wonderful experience, and paid much less than the other restaurants I visit. Enjoy!”

“Happy hour at the Public House is amazing. Their food is definitely worth their usual price, but at half price it is a must try. For the price of a cheap diner dinner I walk out of there with a large meal, a couple of apps and a couple of beers. The staff is really friendly and accomodating. Dairy allergy friendly.
