The food and drinks were fabulous. Only the fish special was over $20, the Fish sando was light and fresh, lots of fries. Autumn salad really tasty. And the Cocktails! Walnut sage Manhattan was balanced and savory as well as the blood orange negroni, props to the bartender!

Very friendly establishment with a variety on a small menu that should suit most. I had a bowl of their clam chowder to start with and I was told that it is made to order and it shows. Unlike most places, the clams were plentiful and it had a nicely balanced flavor and I would say the best in Westerly. I followed that with their smash burger with a side of greens and greens were over oiled. I liked the smash burger but I found that it was inconsistent with each bite; yet, considering this is a newly opened restaurant it is to be expected to have a few snags but I can see them flourishing considering where it's situated. The decor needs some work and considering it's on the river I would rethink the curtains. Overall, I would definitely go back and can't wait to explore more of the eclectic menu.

Owl & Dove is such a cute and homey restaurant! The atmosphere is very welcoming and calm right by the river. The dinner was awesome and it was nice having GF and DF options on the menu :) The dinner menu was unique which makes me excited to go back for brunch and try something else unique. Looking forward to going back downtown to this little spot!

a cute little restaurant in the Westerly downtown area! it’s perfect for any date night, a drink and appetizer with a friend, or dinner with the entire fam! a calm vibe and a beautiful view of the river! the food is clever and delicious! i recommend trying the specials, as well as the crush burger, absolutely to die for. don’t even get me started on the chowder, probably one of the best recipes i’ve ever had. the service was amazing and each and every waitress had a smile on their face and a friendly attitude all while giving great services and chatting with their customers. will visit again and again when i’m downtown!

A delightful new addition to downtown. They serve brunch from 9 to 2 every day but Wednesday, and dinner every day but Wednesday and Sunday. A creative menu with tasty food. Pleasant, newly remodeled room and friendly staff. We had a great time!
