the Malted Barley

Solid food with unique twist being whole menu is pretzels. Upstairs temperature feels like 60degf. When we asked to turn the AC down we were instantly told NO. All guests around us all cold and shivering during meal, they even asked us if we were cold. Don't understand why guests are not considered but too bad...so moral of story sit downstairs.

We had the pleasure of being served by Kevin, who was great all around. Kept the table laughing all day and provided excellent service. Would give 10 stars if it was an option!

Good selection of craft beers, and casual sandwiches on pretzel buns. I was skeptical about the pretzel buns, but I was pleasantly surprised, they were soft and worked well to hold the sandwich together. A good beer-and-sandwich place. If you go there with those expectations, then you'll be all set.

My son and I came here for lunch and it was awesome! Such a unique meal! I ordered the Caprese Sandwich which came on a super yummy Garlic and Parsley Pretzel, and my son got the Black Bean Burger on a Salted Pretzel, which he really enjoyed. With AZO both got Root Beer Floats which were perfect. The inside has a great bar feel to it without being a dive…it’s really well done. We just moved to the area and this place is about a mile from our house, so we will DEFINITELY be coming back here!

Everything we ate here was delicious. The combinations of flavors were so unique. The staff was super friendly and funny. The "flight" of samples was great, loved the grapefruit shandy! As appetizer, the crowd favorite was the jalapeño pretzel + apricot dip. Mind blowing! Each person in the group got a different sandwich and each loved their dish. Definitely coming back here next time I'm in Westerly!
