Great food, very good service. It takes a little long for food to get ready but thats because they make everything fresh and made to order and the food is really worth the wait. Food in coconut oil tastes really good. Amazing fish n chips, best corn bread in town.

Great restaurant owned and operated by an even better family. I walked in about 10 minutes before my food was ready for takeout and Mama Moncion pulled up a chair across from me and got to know me as well as giving me a bit of her background. She's beyond radiant and makes you feel at home. I could not have appreciated the service any more than I do. As for the food, it was just as good as the service. I had the Cuban and would happily order it again. I will definitely be coming back to try more.

Had such a relaxing dining experience when I visited. The hosts really make you feel comfortable and at home, like you are a part of their family. As a UConn student I can see myself coming here very often to hang out with my friends and enjoy delicious food cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients. The biscuits are heavenly! The place is a conveniently short distance from the main campus. If you ever crave tasty Southern comfort food or just a word of encouragement to brighten a stressful day, these are the people and eatery that will be sure to take care of you.

Great food, great place. It has a wide variety of foods. You should definitely try it out. The owners will help you if you are unfamiliar with the food.

Great atmosphere and customer service. The jerk chicken wings were great. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings IMO. I am just a visitor to CT but I recommend people who are fans of unique and delicious food stop by and get a plate!
