“I visited from out of state and immediately felt welcome and comfortable in the cozy environment. There were plenty of menu options for everyone in addition to the separate chef's specials. You could tell everything was made with fresh ingredients with large portion sizes. Staff was friendly with excellent service. Ordered the Arancini, Sicilian salad, Seafood fra Diavolo, and the pistachio/ricotta dessert with coffee and everything was delicious. Very close to UConn as well. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!”

“We took our daughter and her vegetarian roommate here for lunch. Roommate recommended pani poori as appetizer. Crispy rice balls, with garbanzo beans and yummy green sauce. “This is honestly the best 7-Eleven I've ever been to. The man behind the counter was so friendly; when I noticed he was selling fidget spinners, he really tried to sell me one. He really made me feel like I needed a fidget spinner. The lemon iced tea I got there was delicious. “This Starbucks is located in downtown area of Storrs, CT. Very close to the main campus of University of Connecticut, or UConn, and right on state route 95. They have great service, baristas have changed over time, but all those I met were polite, patient and well informed. I visited the store frequently prior to the lockdown, and also have picked up my mobile orders from there once the lockdown was relaxed a bit. The drinks i had were delicious as one would expect from a Starbucks. It has a decent size sitting area, both indoors and outdoors, great ambience, pleasant location. But, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the sit down areas were closed and only mobile orders and pick-ups were being offered, understably so. However, their quality of drinks and service is still really good, considering the current limitations. The bulk of its customer's are either students, faculty or staff at UConn, with occasional travellers on route 95. Once it reopens completely, it'd be a great place within walking distance of the campus for students, faculty and staff, to have casual meetings, or sit down and work on your laptop. I hope it remains solvent and can continues to operate past this difficult time of the covid-19 pandemic.”

“My wife and I enjoy the place. The bar and cocktail selections are great. We always enjoy the attentive wait staff and they are helpful making recommendations. We were very impressed with the food when the place first opened, but on our last visit it didn't seem as well prepared. Everyone has off days, we will return there with the hope that an "off day" was the case of our last visit.”

“Very cute place with great indoor and outdoor seating. Their ice cream is ridiculous, it's so yummy. Very original flavors. They also have a "Milk Bar" that you can sample different milks from. It was so good, I think I drank half a gallon of milk. Flavors on tap that day were: half and half, whole milk, chocolate, strawberry, caramel and root beer. Yummy all around.”

“Wait staff are usually always great, always get served in a good amount of time (even during the peak hours, it's understandable that it's a little longer since that's legit how all restaurants are). Have had an experience or two where my server will go missing for a while, but, again, when you're serving a bunch of tables and have to keep running back and forth, it's understandable. Food is always pretty good, drinks are a little lighter than I'd like, but I also work in a restaurant where our drinks are pretty strong. Just an honest review. I'm rating it over all my visits, not just one less than stellar visit since people and businesses have off days too”

“I came here for lunch on 11/12/18. It was very busy (because lunch, of course) but the three young employees were very quick and professional. An old lady approached the young female at the cash register, and told her "Can I tell you something? You're restrooms are filthy!" Um excuse you, Princess. Can't you see these three perfect employees are working their hardest over here?! There is a line of people and you expect someone to stop making my sandwich to clean the bathroom that you probably soiled??”

“I came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy the posted lunch buffet! It wasn't during the school year so it was easy to find parking on the street and didn't have a wait. The buffet had chicken and vegetarian options along with one goat dish. Everything was very good, especially the chili chicken. I'd recommend coming in for a visit, especially for lunch buffet if you want to try a little of everything.”
