My son loves this place. Unfortunately, it is over run by older children that are unsupervised. These children are way too old in my opinion to be in there. They seem to be between 9 and 12. They are rude to the younger children, and I caught one grabbing a ball from my son and then pushing him. Where were their parents!? Who knows. There is no staff supervision either. We will keep coming back because my son likes it, but this places makes me angry. I wish there was something better near us.

My kids love it here! We’ve gone here quite a few times to play and they always enjoy themselves. My daughter also attended a birthday party, it was well planned and the staff is so nice. They also installed a gate at the entrance which makes it one less worry with two little ones.

This is a great place to come on rainy days or in the winter when you are stuck inside. They have a small area for toddlers to play and the kids can burn off lots of energy with all the indoor equipment. They have rooms and do parties and have a cafe on site.

Great Way to burn 1-2 hours with our two little ones. Our 3 year old had a blast! She was very independent and because everything is padded and enclosed, we didn't have to hover and follow her through all the tunnels and slides etc. She was able to run around and play freely. I do think it's inappropriate for older elementary kids (a few were a little wired up and careless with smaller ones around). I did feel comfort that employees were for the most part supervising and keeping their eye out. Our 11 month old had fun too, though the baby area lacked toys and toys that actually worked. I think they could put more effort into making it more interactive for the 0-18 month olds. I did like the padded play area. The food was terrible!!!! The grilled cheese for kids (my husband and I could tell right away that the cheese was old and could not even identify the type of cheese). The sweet potato fries were cut so paper thin that they were all burnt to a crisp. You try feeding this to a 3 year old? The staff were fantastic! Very energetic and great with the kids...For the Winter Blues, this was a good pit stop for exercise. I just hope that staff sanitize the toys and play areas frequently, as I imagine the germs can be pretty icky. I had my little ones wash right after playing.
