McDonald's

They have updated the place recently. Gone are the booths as the fireplace. They have simplified things with tables and chairs. They have two long tables with bar seats (which are movable).

The place seemed pretty clean. Patrons were quite (mostly adults).
Granted I am still not a fan of the kiosks. (Germs! Ewe!) Prefer to go to the registers instead.

Service was quick. Meal as expected. Was not served on a tray but as if we were dining out.

They messed up my order and the MANAGER told me well you must have ordered it wrong. Um okay all three of us in the car heard what I said but anyways. I asked her if she could fix it and she told me I could pay for a new one if not "you get what you get". Wow that's amazing customer service.

Great coffee. Why does it cost me $1.06 everywhere else and $1.26 ( I think) here in Rocky Hill?

The fries usually taste kinda old, the nuggets are on point. They really need to stop asking what kind of sauce I would like because I always say buffalo but then they insist on not even putting it in the bag, then one time they tried charging me extra for it

Does this location also look for the most miserable people to hire? They say McDonald's is the land of smiles but so far away this location all I've seen are frowns

The staff were delightful, the store was clean, and the order was correct. Bathroom didn't have a mirror, which was odd, and they were out of BBQ sauce packets... but no major complaints!
