Wang's Buffet

This Asian Buffett in Vernon, CT has a decent spread and some limited sushi roll options. They also have a grill station but the past few visits there was never a dedicated person making that station. The overall quality of the food is average but for the cost of an entree at other sit down restaurants, you have access to a buffet. Some items are better than others but overall I'd say it's a decent value. They try to keep things clean and tidy so that's always a plus.

We went pretty late at night... I gave it a 3 stars because there was no rice when we walked in and had to ask... Food was pretty cold and dumplings were very hard.

Like I said I came about 2 hrs into the restaurant closing so Idk if that has anything to do with the food being the way it was. I just ecpected more especially because it is a buffet.

When this was the Vernon super buffet it was much better. The fried food items were very greasy. Items are not replaced soon enough, empty bins can stay that way for 15 minutes. Overall food quality is decent.

The variety of dishes was great. I'm not a seafood fan, but even so there were plenty of other items. Staff is friendly and attentive.
