Umami Japanese Restaurant

The food was absolutely amazing. The sushi was presented in artistic patterns (special designs on each plate). The miso soup is a must order as well. Plus this place is BYOB (they do sell alcohol as well)!!!

Hidden Gem in Vernon! Delicious food and excellent service! The Snow White roll is my favorite. Well worth the drive.

My favorite sushi in town. Seems like a nice young family running it. We have had some kitchen items as well. Beef negamaki is great! Udon noodles were delicious. A great value and never disappointed.

First of all, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Fantastic service. I only came in for a to-go order, and while I was waiting, a woman brought me a glass of water and some magazines to read. A gentleman brought out my food when it was done and he was very polite as well.
The food itself was amazing, too. I ordered a Seattle roll and a shrimp tempura roll. both delicious. this is my new favorite sushi restaurant. Thank you very much for a perfect experience and I will be sure to give you more business in the future.

Best Sushi around. Better than Sakura in South Windsor. Best in Vernon. Hands down. Chef recommended a few great rolls for us to try. Fantastic!!! Will definitely be going back again. It was recommended by a friend, and it surpassed all expectations!!! A quaint place, super clean and comfortable. The chef made a picture of bamboo on my plate, a chicken on another plate and a fish in a third plate. Details and extra effort were very well thought out. Bravo!
