Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell but I also feel like certain locations are hit or miss. Often I find myself disappointed with a partially filled taco, burrito - whatever it may be. However I have to say that my husband and I have always had good service at this location. Today we ordered and everything was so well made. The staff was so friendly. I had a small mistake in my order and they were happy to fix it for me, and so courteous. I feel that always needs to be recognized!

Customer service is not dead yet! Polite and friendly crew that greeted each guest with a smile and eager to please. It was nice to see a crew working well together helping each other where needed.

We went thru the drive thru and asked for a refill on the baha blast ,it was all seltzer, they gave us exact stuff without fixing it. So i parked and went inside, by then they started getting it fixed the girl said it was totally out of flavor. Once they fixed it things were fine. They were very kind and good about it.

The restaurant was VERY clean and none of the young people on shift were standing around talking to each other ignoring me as I stood there. I've encountered that at the Brooklyn McDonald's one too many times!! After ordering my food I sat down in the dining room to wait. I not only did not wait long, but one of the young men working brought my food out to me. My food was freshly made and just as good as it looked on the menu board. Take THAT McDonald's!!!
