My local favorite. Excellent and fresh food, exceptional owners and great place overall to grab a bite if you are in need of some Asian dishes. Pricing is decent and ingredient selection is large. I'd suggest using the "create your own" option for sushi burritos, because you can make some crazy tasty combos that way. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

You honestly owe it to yourself to get the tempura fried sushi burrito. It is honestly life-changing. I just wish it was closer than an hour away from me so that I could have it more often.

Love pobu! Workers seemed stressed as it was a rush but they worked fast to get us our food! Pro tip: order online before you go if you only want something basic! I love the Tokyo Moe burrito ❤️

I love Pobu! The sushi burritos are huge and the ingredients are so fresh and delicious! Staff is nice and the place is super clean.
