Casapulla's

For my first time here and I gotta say, it took 15 minutes for someone to take my order! There were 5 workers working and seemed to be NO teamwork! They take an order, they make that order and then take another order! I'm not a rocket scientist, 1 worker should be taking orders, plus phone orders! The wait was horrible!
As far as food was - my Italian Sub was bland! That's the best I can describe it.
My wife and son ordered cheese steaks and she was NOT HAPPY with hers and my son wasn't impressed either!
I am very upset with the service and their product! Maybe I expected more than I got, as the name Casapula's is supposed to be associated with the Best! NOT WHAT WE GOT!
Will not go back!

Very cute place! Definitely takes you back in time, regarding the location and the ambiance. Love their cheesesteaks! Their meatball subs are pretty good, too. I wish they had a take out menu, so I can call ahead to make my order for my next visit. But, they will still have my business, anytime I'm in a craving for subs.
