Food is not gourmet but there are dishes with a twist like the Eggs Benedict served with Arepas. Server's are very pleasant. Good place for anytime during the day. I overheard two other diners raving about the rice pudding.Have to try it next time.”

The graham slam was awesome - a very unique flavor. The place is very well decorated and spacious as well. Love that they used reclaimed wood. The people are so very friendly!! Definitely recommend stopping here. Will have to try some of the many other things they offer here in the future. I am impressed with their tea selection as well.”

“Tried Bar Roja with some friends on Friday night. $62 plus tip for two of us and we were full! Each of us had a margarita type drink (I don't remember the drink names), three tacos, street corn, rice, and fundido. Everything was delicious! Food comes out tapas style, so order a food mix so that you're not waiting. Staff was incredibly attentive- tag teaming to make sure everything as attended to. Love the bright decor- quite a change from the dark atmosphere of Scratch's. Definitely worth a try! Highly recommend!”
