“Delightful place with phenomenal food. I had the mushroom soup to start. It was not heavy cream based but more pureed. It was earthy, fresh and full of flavor. Great start on a spring night at the beach. I ordered the swordfish for dinner that came with asparagus and I substituted green beans for the rice. Everything was cooked perfectly. This fish was flaky, sweet and delicious. There was a lemon caper cilantro sauce that paired perfectly and not overshadowing the delicate flavor of the fish. Topping off this experience was the service. Fabulous, friendly, conscientious and funny. What a great night. I can't wait to go back. I really want to try the Australian rack ok lamb.”

“Was down here for the weekend and breakfast was so good Saturday that we had to come back again Sunday. Ordered the same thing: classic breakfast with a side of pancakes. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the fruit was so fresh. Great portions and pancakes were fluffy and crispy. Vermont syrup was delicious. Friendly staff and pleasing decor. Price is worth your visit. Liz was our server both days- she was great.”

The little ship playground out front was a great way for them to have fun and burn energy while we wait for food. I got the flounder and loved it, wife got the scallops which were amazing. “This was a very cute restaurant with attentive staff, good food, and great prices. I went there on a Tuesday and got the two giant stuffed peppers for $9.99. they were delicious. The waitress was funny and only added to the experience. The one down side would be the soap in the bathroom was this Sandy soapy substance that left my hands feeling oily even after scrubbing thoroughly. Otherwise if you just don't wash your hands after using the bathroom this is an excellent place to stop by.”

“New Years Day had three great specials of the day - it was hard to select one We selected the warm cheese herb Oysters Rockefeller to start. Salmon was perfectly cooked with grilled Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes augratine. The porterhouse steak was large trimmed and perfect medium rare as requested. I asked for a custom cinnamon ice cream with caramel topping to keep it a simple finish. The house champagne was very reasonable and fine. Service friendly fast with lots of follow up on taste and our needs. Note. This is my go to lunchtime place when in town. This dinner was a nice pick at 7.15pm on a holiday. Chef was been awarded several times by locals. Food is locally sourced. Local beers. Winter specials are worth the trip.”

“Incredible find on the Delaware/ Maryland line. Beautiful views especially at sunset. Great selection of foods for all tastes. You do have to realize your geographical location. There is an overload of crab based dishes which again should be expected in this area. Prices are a tad high but wildly average compared to restaurants in the area. The service here was second to none. I dont expect a server to refill drinks without being asked, but I commend them when they do. While visiting we ordered a variety of dishes (raw, kids, adult) and not a bad plate to be found. I would be half as eager if we hadn't stopped at a few places prior to picking this restaurant. I will return here without a doubt.”

“A surprisingly good find close to camping. We stayed at the Delaware Seashore State Park campground and this was just a few minutes down the road. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food is quite fresh and quite good. Ordered mussels for happy hour, burger, fried clams, and hush puppies. All were cooked to order as we watched from the comfy bar seats (with backs). We were just passing through but will definitely go back next time we’re in the area.”
