Crooked Hammock Brewery

Gave it a second shot. This time at the bar. First bartender was great, personable, fun. Then she left. The next two. Felt like I was was bothering them for anything. It wasn't even busy. The beer is decent. Definitely better in the area. I just had wings. Can't remember the name. But they were more expensive than the others, didn't come with carrots and celery. They tasted great at first, but the ones at the bottom were in a soup of the sauce. Too sweet, and just ruined the last half. If it wasn't raining, they had a great outdoor area. I'll give them one more shot on a nice weekend day. If it remains the same service, I'm not coming back here.

A really good place to bring kids. Service is great but beer and food is average and slightly higher priced for what you get. Rated at 4 stars for the atmosphere and staff.

This is a great place to go with kids. They have a beach-like atmosphere, and the kids can get up from the table and play corn hole or on the playground while the adults have a beer and enjoy live music. The food is varied and quite good. The beer selection is often changing and always delicious.

What a great atmosphere in a convenient location! I run events for Freedom Boat Club Delaware, and we hosted an educational seminar at Crooked Hammock a few days ago. We had a great turnout of about 40 people, so we had prearranged to use the Porch Bar which was the perfect spot for us. The service from Jason, Danielle, and many other crew members was exceptional and seamless from start to finish, and everyone was very helpful to make the event ran smoothly. Thanks for helping us put on a great event!

Great atmosphere for a brewery/restaurant. Staff were super friendly and willing to take the time to help find something you would like. Tried a flight of darker beers and they were all delicious. Even ended up taking some home. We are a few apps which all disappeared quickly. Fun place, can't wait to get back.
