Usually the experience is better. It was as if the night was a surprise and they weren't expecting high volume. My reservation (from online) made the wrong date (several people had this, even making on a whole month off). Their attitude about the online system sucked. The service was marginal and the food was way under par. Even the appetizers were disappointing.

Came here for a wedding reception on New Year's Eve. Love the family style sevring of food and the decor of the restaurant. Only issues that I had was the parking. But other than that, its a good place.

We held an office lunch here and the food and service were equally fantastic! The chicken piccata was a huge it. Our group included multiple food allergies and dietary restrictions. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, preparing special plates for those guests, alongside the family-style servings.

I feel the dishes here are not authentically Italian. Italian food is popular around the world because it is fresh, light and of few ingredients.
When you eat here, everything is very heavy, so many pasta dishes have cream in them. If a dish is a "classical" dish it should be made to the dot accurately, not added more stuff that doesn't belong to it. Yes it might taste good, but it is not Italian, forget about walk or bike ride after eating here, you will be filled with heavy and greasy food.

Holiday times and decorations to boot with fire place and the dim light of evening was cozy as being at home. The meal had was totally vegan with egg plant, califlower and pasta was delicious. Sorbet, grapes and fresh fruit, topped it off. Great place for family, friends and meetings. Handicapped accessible, And: elevators to second floor dining and meeting rooms. Roomy, comfortable bar situated at the restaurant foyer. Great for impromptu meeting after work, shopping or waiting for more formal dinner seating. Friendly staff and service. Valet parking at the front door or parking garage is next door. Enjoy!
