The food was pretty good, our barbacoa bowl tasted as I'd have expected from any Chipotle. It was a little heavy on the sour cream. My main issue has nothing to do with the food or the restaurant... it had to do with the washroom. The security guard provided me with the key code for the washroom which was on the other side of a door outside the restaurant. My problem is it was being used for drug dealing. Two people came out of it before I went in and one of them was counting a big pile of cash. After I had my turn, four people went in there, including the guy who was counting the cash. The door is supposed to be locked by a key code, which it isn't. The security guard was either oblivious or didn't care that the washroom was being used to sell drugs. I know this is a downtown and things like this happen but not exactly safe or hygienic for customers. Really Chipotle?
Always a great, calorie dense, inexpensive food choice with vegan option .
i hate to give Chipotle a bad review. I love Chipotle. I would eat it everyday if I could. But this one day, I didn't have a good experience. I bought a steak quesadilla and after a few bites I wound up throwing almost the entire dish away because the steak was dry and not tasty. And it again, I love Chipotle so I'm going to chalk this one up as a bad experience.
