Good sandwiches, service is pretty prompt, place is clean. Good stop for anyone looking for a quick meal.

Bread is pretty good but too hard. It will tear the roof of you mouth up. Soups are good thou!

I enjoy this Potbelly. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and the food comes out quick. I am not a fan of the salads. The hot sandwiches are always good. Keep up the good work and commitment to uphold a good customer service to everyone that walks into the door.

Review was changed from 2 stars to 5 stars. I love Potbelly! But Google presented this as a series of ratings to determine what restaurants it should recommend to me, not a series of ratings that would be publicly published to aid others in choosing restaurants. The rating I would give is very different. Potbelly is fantastic for its price range and food type, but I don't need more recommendations like Potbelly.

This was our first time ever eating at a Potbelly's Sandwich Shop. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Even though nearly everyone in the joint could probably see that we were "first timers" all the employees were very nice and accommodating and helped us through the process. They never got angry at us nor short with us. The food was amazing. We told ourselves that we were only going to eat half of our food so that we would save some for later in the day, however, when we started eating, it was too tasty to put down! We ended up eating all of our food and wished that we could have tried it again after we left the area!
