Quite disappointed. We came in the restaurant after reading the negative reviews, but we still wanted to give the place a chance. The waitress was very very sweet and awesome. The service was very slow (we waited 1 hour to be served) even if it seemed like other tables were being served more quickly. I am very disappointed by the food. The burger was very dry and the fries were not very good. The water had a peculiar aftertaste.
Do not come here for the food. However, the restaurant's mood and ambiance are great. The staff are very nice, there is a very nice friendly atmosphere. The popcorn is also great and original. Come here to spend a good time with some friends, and perhaps order something to eat.
Best breakfast in Washington. Good service. The place is quaint and has a large fish tank. Great place for families.
I came here on a school field trip and I had a great time. I read some of the reviews before I came here and they seemed bad but it was the exact opposite. And my friends had a great time and we had the buffet. Chicken was nice and tender and the salad was fresh. Spaghetti was cooked correctly and my friend and a lot of it. One complaint is that the restaurant is over 100 years old there’s no bathroom and that the decor absolutely terrible. Service was good very helpful and when we needed to use the bathroom they told us to use the bathroom at the hotel next-door. Overall experience was great I would still love Gordon Ramsay come there because he is the homeboy and a G. Sub to PewDiePie.
I will start this off by saying the service was great. You could tell everyone was working hard, but the food just wasn't good. The garlic bread tasted like a mixture between stuffing and a crouton, while the ribs tasted like the sauce was watered down.
