The bourbon bread pudding is quite literally to die for! Eat it and die in peace!
What a fantastic spot to eat!! I’m from south Mississippi and grew up eating this food. This couldn’t be more authentic than getting straight from Nola. I had the gumbo, etoufee, and bread pudding. Can’t wait to try the po boys next, but apparently they’re only available at eastern market location!!!
The ABSOLUTE BOMB!!! The bourbon butter bread pudding is so good that it should be a crime! Simply amazing. If you haven’t had it yet, then STOP what you are doing now, and get down to the Union Market and try it. The small size for $7 won’t be enough. You will have to get the medium or large size. Drop the mike.
The service is always good and the food is always great. I found this place through a friend who tried their food truck and would highly recommend both. Absolutely delicious!
Puddin' is the best restaurant in Union Market. Shrimp and grits is always amazing and leaves me wanting more. While you're there don't forget to get the bread pudding!
PRO TIP: Get a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the creamery next door to have with your bread pudding to complete your meal!
