    Great menu. All the food is really fresh. Fun and tasteful atmosphere.

    Chaplin's Restaurant is a treasure of DC. Had a fantastic time here -- seating was easy to find, service was excellent, and the happy hour deals are incredible. Normal prices are a little much, but the quality is high across the board. Great selection of draft beer and cocktails. Strongly recommend this one, especially if you can make it for the happy hour.

    Definitely worth the wait. The whisky-infused Gyoza - eat it all in one bite or the whisky will squirt out. The ramen is very good. Good drink selection, lots of different sakes.

    First time coming here and loved it. Food was very good and the ambiance as well. I got one of the mules as a drink and the Chaplin A.S.S. for dinner after splitting a couple of appetizers. All the food was very good, the drinks were just okay. The only negative of the night was the service wasn't great. Good, just not great. However, that won't deter me from coming back.
