    Philly Wing Fry keep it simple with their menu, but executes with flair on three signature items. The Philly Cheesesteak is particularly unique, an aged rib-eye that comes off the grill spicy and is then topped with pickled red onions. The wings are confit in chicken fat (drool) and then fried and glazed with another spicy sauce. Then the waffle fries are topped with Berbere, an Ethiopian spice blend. My recommendation is to try all three with the Philly Wing Fry Box and share with a friend for just $20.

    Philly cheese steak was awesome! It was spicy and was topped with red onions which is different than other Philly steak sandwiches. It was my first time trying this place out and won't be my last.
