    Hot, fresh food. Kind of hidden away downstairs, but glad that we have one. Cashier got everything right.

    First time I had a burger here I didn't add the sauces ????. Not being from America I didn't know that the sauces could make or break your rating of the food ????. So after having a really dry burger I thought the franchise was all hype until locals showed me the right way to eat Chick-fil-A and my oh my do they have the sauce!

    Really good food and value for money. Don't forget that chick- fil-A sauce!

    Great little hidden Chick-fil-A downstairs in the Student Union. When I went there was a long line but we were served very quickly and it's the same great Chick-fil-A you get everywhere else. Took one star off because they have no online ordering and abbreviated menu. But if it's a great choice if you're hungry in Foggy Bottom

    The ones with great service are not at Union Station. Although they are getting better, they don't carry all the favorites, just the basics.
