Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Worst service I’ve ever had. After 50 minutes we had no drinks and and we were missing a water. We went to the bar and got our own drinks. We were told that the bartenders were really busy. There was no one at the bar, and the bartender wasn’t doing anything! Totally ridiculous. Food was very good, and the waitress did apologize, but unfortunately it was too little too late. There were several tables around us that left because of the service. It’s a shame that the service was so bad because the food would have received a much higher rating.

10/30/18 I'm editing my rating by one star because of the owner's response. I appreciate when a representative of the business responds kindly to a complaint. We did receive compensation on our bill for our difficulties, and do not require anything else. I do hope that changes will be made to the service. I own my own business and know how difficult it can be to get good help, but when I looked at the reviews and saw how many people have complained about the service, it tells me that it isn't getting addressed like it should. if it isn't taken care of, it is only a matter of time before this location will be forced to close. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my concerns.

James the manger did a great job of managing our group of 100. Food was fast, good and plentiful. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great for a large group.
