PATIO ALERT! call ahead and reserve a spot on the outdoor patio, which is located in front of the restaurant, on quaint and atmospheric side street with access to the historic Georgetown canal. Makes for a perfect date night!!!
Remember call ahead and reserve your spot..you won"t regret it!
Great service and fantastic bread to start. This also translated to a great pizza! The base of the pizza was perfectly fine and flavored without being overpowering to the toppings. I had the Pizza Bianca. Would recommend asking for a side of vinegar and oil for dipping as well.
The place is fabulous! The atmosphere is a perfect blend of traditional and modern, the service was great and most importantly, the food was amazing!
I got the fettuccini Alfredo and it was some of the best I've ever had. My friends got other dishes, gnocchi and ravioli, and loved it too.
Professional service. Less clean than I would like- bathroom floors are sticky, salt shaker had orange flecks on it, and there was a hard to place smell underneath the food. Lobster was overcooked, tough, and dry. Sauce poorly balanced- very acidic and little other flavor. Pasta did not taste fresh. Mussels were very good. Few options for wine by the glass. Very nice staff.
Fast service and good ambience. I really liked the place but unfortunately ordered the wrong pasta. The prices are on the expensive side and I did not like the lasagna. I felt it was too salty for my taste but we also ordered meatball appetizers and that was really good. Overall a bittersweet experience. I do suspect their pizzas are delicious but that's for next time.
