The milkshakes and sandwiches are so good here. The process is quick and easy. The only thing I did not like was the paper straws that came with my milkshake. I understand it's more eco-friendly but it folded in half because of the moisture on paper.
Good sandwich, well made. City prices though and what they called chicken pot pie soup was simply chunky cream of chicken.
In town for graduation wanted something quick. We both ordered the 'skinny' the only down fall was we couldn't upgrade our soup on such a chilly and cloudy day for soup. Overall our meal was pretty good.
I dug the person who made my sandwich more than I liked the sandwich. Better than subway, at least more, warm, class and feel. They also had Zapp's potato chips, which I find to be better than the subway grade Lay's. Eitherway, it was the person who made my sandwich, that made the place special. I could care less about the food. It was good, decently priced, but the people are what make the difference.
Even during the lunch rush, the lines moves pretty quickly. The sandwiches are prepared right there. If you wanted to skip the line, their app is also very easy to use. I’ve tried a couple of their sandwiches and they never disappoint. Their chili is the best. I once had a happy accident and ended up getting a breakfast sandwich and I fell in love right on the spot. The staff is so friendly and really seem to enjoy their job. They take pride it in. They don’t slap your food together. It is always done with care and expertise. Potbelly is officially part of my daily routine. The location is also pretty convenient, whether you’re driving a vehicle, riding a bike or even walking from the Metro stop.
