    I get to try different things. I never had sisig or any Filipino food beyond lumpia egg rolls. I am glad that it was different and delicious. There was Table, a Swiss pop-up. Vegetarian burgers by Three Sisters and also knife-cut noodles and home-style dumplings. Whole roast pig! DC Born and Raised was delicious and served a great value. I wish my neighborhood had something similar with rotating options. I'm not going to love everything and every food style, but I do love the idea. Good luck, chefs! It's hard work.

    A test kitchen of sorts for chefs - so there is always something new to try.
