They have igloos or tents that you can rent out. I had a birthday party here. It seats five to six friends in a nice space. Food is tapas style and they even have speakers for your syncing musical taste. I loved how unique it was. But I don't think the food met my demand. However the entire menu is available from inside the restaurant.
You can see the effort. They revamped this hotel, gave the staff retro-chic uniforms, and the front desk was welcoming. On the downside, although they renovated, you still feel it's a little dated. Room service was just ok, for example, when you book a room for two people, there should be two bathrobes. And when we asked for an additional one, the next day it was gone and we were back to one (small irritants). I must admit that for a first time in DC, we liked staying in a place that had a story to tell....
Old school hotel. It looks like it is 1976. But don't let that fool you, the hotel looks like this on purpose. The service is great! There's a small skating/ice ring on the roof, around the corner from the bar. The food is great.
I’ve had really good experiences. Friendly staff and very fancy design— both the interior and exterior. The Next Whiskey Bar and Rooftop are marvelous. Zachariah, the head bellman, is a very knowledgeable individual who is great to talk to and is very professional. The only downside is the exuberant prices, but you are paying for quality.
Beautiful hotel. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent service. Anything you want they are more than happy to accommodate. Beautiful view as well. Wouldn't change a thing and would definitely stay again.
