The food came out quick - I had the salmon, my boyfriend had the strip steak. The salmon with the sweet potato puree was delicious, but the strip steak came out rare and was ordered as medium. The server promptly brought it back to the kitchen however, so no problems there. They have a delicious pretzel bread loaf in lieu of a standard bread basket. I didn't have drinks here, so I can't comment on that. Overall, a good experience in a nice atmosphere.
Very solid restaurant. Great atmosphere. I didn't particularly care for our waitress too much she seemed kind of pushy but that did not ruin my night with my beautiful date for restaurant week. Shout out to the professional hostest Troy that made sure I had the booth that I wanted and my date and I were comfortable. Would definitely go back
Decent place, nothing special. Went for some late night (for me, 9:00-11:00) drinks and snacks. The flat bread was soggy/floppy...not great; the fried oysters brought it home though...delicious. All in all, decent service, cold beers, 'meh' apps make it a 3 star. Hope your experience is better!
They are OUTSTANDING! We showed up with a party of 20 with NO reservation and they were beyond accommodating. They sat us all together and we had the best waiter. I highly recommend if you would like to have a great dining experience in DC. OVERALL Incredible service, incredible food, $16 BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH! Need I say more?!
Really happy with my food. Pretty good crab cake with excellent fries, and a side order of Brussels sprouts that I really liked. Service was very fast--a group of 8 was in and out in an hour, but nothing felt rushed. Menu was subtly funny, which I appreciated, in a place that has the potential to feel stiff. Very good experience all around.
