CIRCA at Foggy Bottom

My boyfriend and I went for some quick food on a weekend morning. Our food was delicious and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The service was good. I would recommend if you're in the area!

Steps away from the Foggy Bottom metro stop, circa has an excellent happy hour selection and location in case you're looking for a cute pre-game spot before heading to the Kennedy center for a performance. The free shuttle stops right across the street in front of the metro station. The specials are tasty and varied. Circa is definitely a great spot!

Checked out a few restaurants for restaurant week in DC, Circa of course being one. Friendly staff, good food. Wife and I both got the burger. Mine was great. Hers was a bit too salty. Desserts were delicious.

Fantastic experience from the moment we arrived!
We walked in without a reservation later in the evening, were warmly greeted and seated outside, as we requested. Service was some of the best we've ever experienced, from the host seating us, to the person pouring our water and especially to our server extraordinaire, Amanda.

Food was fantastic, including the dessert which we were going to pass on, but we wisely changed our minds at Amanda's urging -- it was the perfect wrap-up to an amazing meal. Our new go-to restaurant!

Last night, while walking and enjoying the sights, we decided to make last minute reservations at Circa. We are happy we did so! The atmosphere was lively, yet quaint; both our meals were scrumptious with its portion size perfect. The Zinfandel (red) wine had a good medium body with a smooth finish. My husband enjoyed his Shiraz as well.

Best of all was our server, Miguel. He performed his job extremely well. He was polite, helpful with describing menu items and very friendly. We will definitely return to eat at Circa whenever we are able to return to Washington D.C..
