Grand Trunk

The food is delicious; an excellent Indian/American fusion restaurant, especially for the price. The Grand Trunk Burger is huge, so I suggest a mini. The dessert naan is phenomenal.
The atmosphere does leave something to be desired; it's clean, but tacky and mid-renovation, so some of the lighting will flicker and a tv or two may be out...

Oh man! Where do I start? I truly hope this review helps someone come to this restaurant and check out the food the restaurant managers have to offer! First, when you go in, you see a real tandoori oven right in the middle of the room! Then as you go down the stairs, they light up and you can see the TVs underneath as you walk down the stairs! Then you sit in super modern furniture that is all super retro at the same time! Then they bring out the food and it is TO DIE FOR!!! I wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time! But then maybe it's a good time I don't live here so I can save all money!

this is a halal restaurant located in the Dc Area,
If your looking for a quick Mediterranean dish in Dc. You wont go wrong.
You can choose whether you want spicy food or not.
I particularly loved their chicken dishes

We got the burgers and they were awesome. The staff there was friendly (I'm not sure why someone else said otherwise).

Everything was spicy though except the cheese quesadilla. I can't say I really like the decor/seating. Overall though, I would recommend this place if you go midday. It looks like it could be chaos of it was during busy hours
