Great place to tail gate. Location is perfect. Food is awesome. Beer is great. It’s a cool place to be. Perfect for tailgating before a Nats game. GO DODGERS!!!

Stopped by pregame and was very busy. Cool outdoor area. There was a line for beers but it moved quickly. Lots of German beer options

Great cocktails with an awesome outdoor vibe! I’m sure the food is decent although we came here for the happy hour and to enjoy their awesome patio. The service was good and the drinks were great...with a good beer list to choose from. With a beer garden nearby, this is the perfect place for summer drinks!

Quality food, flexibility, great service, and a great atmosphere is what we experienced at Dacha (19 May). We arrived pre-ballgame with no reservations. The hostess and manager were very accommodating with our group of twelve. Apps and drinks were had. Both were excellent. Somebody really put some thought into the menu. It’s approachable for anyone. Beer traditionalists will love this place. We had some great cocktails too. I wish we would have had time for entrees. Our server was perfect. So nice I thought she was from MN. She knew the menu and knows how to win over a table in the most genuine and efficient way possible. This place will do well.

The space itself is right across the street from the back of the Nationals Park. The indoor space is massive with an equally large bar wrapping around the restaurant. Here you can order any food off their large menu. They have appetizers, entrees, and dessert.

The outdoor space is where it's at. It's a large beer garden close to the Anacostia River with an airstream in the middle selling all kinds of drinks including three Bold Rock cider in pan.

There's plenty of seating and there's even a small kid area with trucks, shovels, and pails to play with. Our toddler was entertained for well over an hour.

Dacha is already THE place to go to in Navy Yard.
