First thing to note - this is a small restaurant, so timing is key or you may be left waiting as the all-you-can-eat dim sum has a time limit of 2hrs.

The service is fairly quick and the majority of dishes were good. The staff was friendly, but very busy, we didn't always get the dishes we ordered. Highlights on the menu was definitely the peking duck, and ordering that a few times definitely helped the price feel worth it (it was also very good). We enjoyed most of the options and consumed a ton of food. However, the sheer volume and speed of delivery to the table meant that the food was, more often than not, of lower quality than you may find elsewhere. To be honest I can't say I'm surprised or even disappointed by that - it's all you can eat after all.

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, the restaurant is well located, clean, and the ambiance was nice. However, it's unlikely I would come again soon, by which I mean I'd much rather try somewhere new than return just yet. Don't let that stop you from checking it out if you're in the area though - go in with the right expectation and you'll enjoy it.

I think the concept of this is amazing. AYCE dim sum. It’s usually a long wait to get a table unless you’re down to sit at the bar which isn’t too bad at all. Once seated, the service is quick and good. The food comes out pretty fast and they’re big portions. If you’re coming to this place with the expectation of getting out of this world dim sum, then you will be disappointed. The food is good but it is AYCE and with that quality is sacrificed. The reason I rate it pretty highly is due to the service and the variety. The Peking duck and walnut shrimp are a must in my opinion. Definitely my favorite items on the menu.

Looks to be a decent Chinese place opened anew in CapHill. We had a few staple dumplings, that were good, and sake, tho was disappointed that our drink did not come heated. Is it impossible to get descent hot sake in DC anymore?! Plan to come again and get entrees next time. For now a 3.5 star rating.

We like the congee and roasted duck. But I will not recommend people to come here for authentic dim sum. Its taste is not good enough and the number of real dim sum items is limited. Some dishes are overpriced. If people enjoy the nice surroundings and decorations, they may like this place.

And the following is my personal experience: We sat at the bar table. When we were hesitating what to get from menu, the server was staring at us at the bar table and waiting for us to order. We felt so stressful when he did it that way. It felt like he wanted us to make the decision right away. After we ordered, he never came back to help us get more water, etc.

So happy to find this new staple spot! All-you-can-eat dim sum?!! An EXCELLENT idea. Staff are warm and friendly. Tables are a little tiny but food comes and goes quick. The venue is not super big so I recommend coming early, especially if you're a party of more than two.
