The four-cheese pizza blew my mind! Roommates loved the marg as well.

Crust has a great chewiness, and the flavors are wonderful. Simply an amazing pizza - among the best in dc. The hot sauce on the side is excellent too, as is the finishing cheese. Also got the spanakopita — incredibly flakey.

You've got one owner making these snazzy looking pizzas, and the other owner greeting you with a smile and a cocktail. (and if you're lucky maybe a hug post pandemic - the pizza guy looks like he knows how to snuggle). Need I say more? 👌🍕

Pizza was amazing, owner was very very nice. The ingredients were unique and tasty, and the sourdough base is something you don’t see everyday! Highly recommend!

After reading the reviews in the City Paper, we were expecting something delicious, but had no idea how truly amazing the pizza would be. The word "transcendent" is truly appropriate here! The chef has elevated a basic food to an art form, and trust me, we've had delicious pizzas all over the world from Italy to New York and beyond. My family and I savored every bite on Christmas eve (we ordered the sausage pizza and the halloumi cheese pizza), and these pies brought so much joy and comfort to us after such a hard year. The service was attentive and sweet, and the pizzas came out after a very small wait. Thank you, Martha Dear, for braving to open during the pandemic and serving our city with your sublime food!
