Starbucks

Lobby closed... it would be nice if they would shut down mobile orders. I use mobile ordering so I don't have to be stuck in their God awful, tiny drive thru line. But when the lobby is closed and it takes 15 minutes just to get to the window... really?

One of the best in Omaha. Shelby makes it a point to greet every customer who walks in the door. Just one of the many small things the crew at this location does right!

I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good

every time I come here the workers are super nice! also I get the pumpkin spice latte and it always tastes so good. it’s busy sometimes in the mornings but they handle it very professionally and still make my order correctly despite the rush so I don’t mind waiting a bit longer.

This Starbucks shop is clean and have an open air feel to it.
