What a lovely place! Beautiful location with abundant seating and friendly service. I look forward to a return trip.

This spot is my favorite. I go to a lot of restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very receptive and the cuisine they offer is so delicious. I would always prefer to have a good dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

I’m a big fan of the restaurant for years...they consistently have very good food and service. I was there again this past Friday and was really happy that they expanded their table/dine in service onto the street. The tables were nicely spaced out, which allows for proper social distancing. I feel very comfortable having dinner there. I highly recommend Rakuya!

Loved it! Wide variety of unique rolls. I tried the Maryland crab and a dragon roll. For an appetizer I tried the eel. Everything was delicious. There are plenty of tempura rolls for those that don’t like raw sushi. Food was delivered promptly. Only chopsticks provided on the table, not sure if they have utensils.

We arrived at 6pm on Friday, just short an hour of Happy Hour ending. We were lucky enough to snatch two of the 10(?) seats and happily used them till our happy hour of eating was up. We ordered a helluva lot of sushi and proceeded to stuff ourselves till we could order no more.

The bartender was fantastic. Exceptionally courteous and attentive, was excellent at time management, and had a very good disposition.

All in all, the food was great, the presentation was fancy, and the service was awesome. I can't wait for our next Hour of Happy at Rakuya!
