Got food from here during a pit stop on a road trip back home to south Florida. Food was delicious. Got the chicken pesto and poppy beef wrap - both 10 outta 10. A thousand times better than whatever garbage fast food you’d normally get on a road trip.
The food was excellent. Had the sweet potato bisque and husband had Brunswick stew. The young man at the register was polite. Unfortunately I couldn't get any response from the gentleman in back who was doing the cooking. I even went to the counter to tell them how great it was. Just a blank stare. Not even "Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it". Won't be going back again.
This was my first time trying Harvest Thyme X-Press, and definitely will NOT be my last. So good, and everything smells and tastes so fresh. Looking forward to trying different things there. And very happy to have a dietary friendly and healthier option in the area.
Nutrient packed and satisfying foods. Loads of flavors! Awesome homemade hummus. Michael is a cool guy and didn’t make us feel unwelcome when we came shortly before they closed. Must visit when in Alachua.
Stopped hoping for a good soup and sandwich. This is the one place we've found to have true deli sandwiches. Wow! The bread is thick cut, piled high and tastes amazing. Wrapped in butcher paper and handed to you in a brown bag . Eat in the side patio area or out front. The tea is solid and good. Soup was definitely my comfort food of the day. We got egg salad on croissant with potato salad ( with dill) and a roast beef, turkey, ham on rye marbled bread. They deliver in Alachua for free. Worth the drive! Open only for lunch.
