P.F. Chang's

Great service, huge portions and amazing food. I ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice, $18.95. Coke $2.95 and great Wall of chocolate cake $9.50. The portions are enough for two people. I asked for extra Mongolian sauce at no extra charge and the table next to us ordered extra raspberry sauce and fresh fruit at no extra charge. Also ask about their free rewards program, which earns you free entree.

This P.F. Chang;s is very pleasantly decorated and the food and service is excellent. We ate there on a busy Saturday night around 8:00PM. We were told there was a 25 minute wait for a table for two but we could be seated immediately at the bar and have our dinner there if we wanted to. We elected to do this. We were immediately taken care of by all three bartenders for our every wish. We received our drinks promptly, our appetizers followed within 10 minutes and our entrees arrived 15 minutes after that. We will be sure to visit this P.F. Chang's again any time we are in town.

I was skeptical about this restaurant as another chain Chinese American restaurant, but the food turned out to be excellent. We got the special appetizer which was fried shrimp lettuce wraps. They were excellent and came with two different sauces, a spicy mayo type sauce and a ginger orange sauce which was amazing. I got the surf and turf meal which had excellent, juicy and tender steak with lightly battered shrimp, though I'm pretty sure the lobster was imitation. My wife got the black pepper chicken which was tender and flavorful. We also got the garlic beans which were great. For dessert the fried bananas were very good, but it would have been better with caramelized fried bananas instead of raw banana. The drink menu wasn't great but they had big nose so I was happy. Lastly, 4 stars out of 5 because it was a two hour experience. Took a long long time to get our entrees. The waiter was excellent and offered us free soup as we waited. Overall a good experience except waiting a long time.
