The Cheesecake Factory

Cheesecake Factory has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants and generally they stay pretty consistent no matter the location. This one is no different. I love their pumpernickel bread, pasta selection, Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and cheesecakes. If you're coming on a weekend, be prepared for a long wait and they don't take reservations here. I'd come back again when the craving hits.

We were excited about going to the recently opened Cheesecake Factory after previous experiences in other locations. Almost immediately, it disappointed us. We were quickly seated, but found the table to be sticky. We ordered wine (which was truly good), but the wine glasses were badly spotted with (hopefully) water spots. My meal was excellent, but arrived without the salad dressing. The overall experience was mixed. The atmosphere was good, the food was good, but lack of attention to details really affected our experience. This is 100 percent a management issue and should be easily fixed. We'll try it again in 6 months or so and see if the attention to details has improved.

Great service, massive menu! It was hard to decide what meal to order because there was so much to choose from. Alas, I did not have room for cheesecake in the end. We never had to ask for a drink refill because our server was fantastic. Atmosphere was good, and they also have patio seating at this location, which is nice.

Super fast service. Our waitress is super attentive I have two children. The children’s menu is huge and very well priced. The kids meals come with a drink. Very friendly atmosphere with children. Our waitress was very patient with my kids as well. We sat outside during lunchtime on a Friday And we were able to walk right in. Also noticed that they have two parking spots for pick up that they will bring up to your car. You also can walk in and get cheese cake or dessert to go. I posted a picture with all the different cheesecakes. Very good location lots of parking. Our waitress Kayla was very attentive. They have a nice blend of music as well. Great place for family gatherings and lots of seating indoors and out. We will definitely come back. I know that I will definitely use the pick up service as well so easy with kids.
