Prime & Pearl

Celebrated my birthday there last night. Best steak ever! So glad I ordered a larger steak than usual so I can enjoy the experience all over today with my leftover brussels (a must try when you go) and lobster mac and cheese. Yum!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The food was all prepared to perfection. The service was on point. Gianna was our server and she was friendly and knowledgeable. The drink selection was very good. We went in Thursday June 3rd. Our reservation was set for 8:45. We arrived and were taken immediately to our table that was set up and ready for us. When we were leaving the front house manager came up and asked us how we enjoyed our experience. We let her know that we extremely enjoyed ourselves and would definitely be back soon.

The food was excellent; however, I was very disappointed with the initial service. My colleague and I were at the front door waiting to be seated. We were at the door for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. While at the front, l called the restaurant and a gentleman in a suit came to answer the phone, but asked us to please wait while he tended to the call.

Unbeknownst to me, this individual turned out to be the general manager. He saw us walk through the front door when we first came in, stayed at the back of the bar and did not acknowledge us until this phone started ringing at the front.

He tried to take us to the bar because they were about to close. We requested to sit at a booth. Ed, the owner came to the front and asked us if we had been helped. We informed him that we were waiting for a booth and we were seated shortly after .

India, our server, was excellent. She was very attentive and accommodating. We ordered the crabcakes, firecracker shrimp and Chilean sea bass. The food was excellent. However, it’s very disappointing that the general manager, Craig, blatantly disregarded us and made it seem like we were not welcome. I hope that this does not happen to other minorities that want to dine at this establishment.

My husband and I visited Prime and Pearl last evening with friends and we were very pleased with our evening! We started with cocktails, white wine and cold smoked oysters. ( those oysters alone, will have us returning many more times! ) We shared the Palm beach salad. - We could have stopped here! -- SO SO GOOD! The Dry aged Steak and the Shrimp capellini.... is OFF the chain good. Briana was our server and she was such delight! We can't wait to visit again. FIVE STARS!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Prime & Pearl! We started with some fresh oysters, and they were delicious! So fresh and their house made saltine crackers were amazing. Unfortunately, they were out of their dry aged porterhouse so we all had to get our own filet. Everyone really enjoyed their dinner. We shared two bottles of delicious wines as well. We will certainly be back very soon!
