    Love The Vegan Gator! Had their cauliflower wings and rosemary infused blueberry lemonade today at a food truck festival supporting The Ronald McDonald House and they were both off the charts! My husband had their patty melt and fries and they were both delicious. They definitely don't disappoint and everyone needs to check them out!

    I come to Gainesville every couple months to visit family and saw this place on google and decided to try it. The 2 people were amazing I think the ones name was Alex but I am awful with names haha but the food was delicious. My husband and I will be coming here every time we are in town. Amazing vegan food.

    They blended the flavors in an amazing combination that created a most unique eating experience. Absolutely Delicious!

    Wow! Absolutely fantastic! It was a very simple and pleasant process to order at the little tow-behind trailer (parked on the north side of 8th Street and just slightly east of the Flashbacks Thrift Store). We ate at the open-air wooden table nearby. Tried a couple different burgers and both were remarkable in their own way. I enjoyed chatting with the owner/operator also. Seems to really relish his craft.

    Love finding great local vegan spots like this one. Pleasant & efficient service, casual & convenient setting, and the food... I'll be back and I'm bringing others with me, because these vegan sandwiches are the best in town. Try the Vegan Cowboy!!
