Picos On Back Beach

This place is a hidden gem. While looking for breakfast, we came upon this restaurant. The chips were delicious and authentic. The food was so good too!
It's hard to find a good Mexican restaurant, but this little place provides that.
The service was also amazing!! Staff is very friendly and we felt like family. Also, we're so grateful that they were SO accommodating for our family and were able to create a delicious breakfast dish based on a family member's diet needs.
I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic Mexican food.

I love love this place! You can tell the owners put their love into the everything, quality of food, atmosphere. Today there was music and it set a good a mood. THE HORCHATA IS SOOOO GOOD! Today’s my second time coming here and I had to try the other 3 tacos that I didn’t get last time. I love how the tortillas are handmade and the chips salsa are delicious.

What a great little restaurant. It is small and seems like it is family run, so be prepared to wait a bit for food. Everything we tried was worth the wait! The owner was our server and she was the sweetest person. Will definitely go here again. I hope the extend the hours in the future.

If you are looking for fresh Mexican fare, I mean REALLY FRESH, look no further, you MUST stop in to this restaurant! I had the steak fajita tacos and they were absolutely amazing! Homemade flour tortillas, melt in your mouth fajita meat and super friendly service. Stop in and visit Nelly and Jaime. You won't regret it!

We finally got real Mexican Food on the Beach!! Home made flour tortillas are amazing. Mexican rice, charro beans, steak tacos, chips and salsas. I loved it all. Food has lots of flavor and seems like most if not everything is homemade from scratch. They are new I don’t think they’ve even had their actual grand opening yet. I’ll be back for sure. Can’t wait to try their breakfast. The restaurant is really clean too, you can tell that they are proud of it. Local family owned place.
