“This is a little hidden gem in historic St. Andrews. We went on a early Friday evening around 7pm. Not crowded but we liked it that way. The jazz band started around 8pm. There was a guy at the bar that was talking on the cell phone so loudly that the entire bar could hear. What is it with people that think the whole world needs to know their business and amplify when on the cell phone? And it was certainly business we didn't need to be hearing about his future in-law's and girlfriend. But, it didn't take long for the bartender to politely ask him to lower his voice. I love the ambiance of the books and couches in a dark paneled and painted room(s). It's a wonderful place to chill out with a cold beer, cider, or glass of wine. They don't serve liquor or food but you are welcome to bring in food from places near by. Will definitely go back.”

“Wasn't expecting much as it's art of a hotel change, but was pleasantly surprised as the waiter Terry was funny, engaging and new the menu! Ordered the fix price meal of BBQ salmon with quinoa and kale. Fantastic taste and the portions were large! The key lime pie was a little sweet for my taste but that would be the only downside!”
