Fiesta Azul Tequila House

So my wife and I went on a grand opening weekend there was a decent wait time to get a seat because of this. The house was packed but..... I never waited for a drink or a server to ask if I needed anything, the food came out quick and it was very tasty! I was shocked at how smooth and efficient the staff was operating! The prices are on point with other Mexican restaurants and I would say 8/10 for taste. Friendly wait staff and always there instantly when you need something. I would highly recommend.

This was the greatest. Had the veggie fajitas. So much good. The service is incredible. They were loaded on a Friday and the wait staff were actually running between tables. Husbands birthday and they sang to him and he was so surprised. This is going to be one of our favorites. Reasonably priced. Love it

Incredible service -- our table was given attention by at least 4 different employees that wanted to make sure everything was in order, and all of them were very happy and had a great attitude! Great food, reasonable portions, and fresh ingredients. Coming from Texas... I would even say this place would be considered a top notch option compared to restaurants anywhere in that state! Very few things they do wrong here... The chips could be a little fresher and thinner, and salsa a tad more chunky/spicy. But for the most part, you can't find much bad to say about this place.

To be honest I was surprised another Mexican style restaurant opened up in Melbourne. My thought was, it would not do well being there are a lot of Mexican restaurants in Melbourne. But that's not the case, there food comes out amazing every time. I've eaten here 3 times in a period of 2 weeks. I can't get enough! The food comes out fresh, hot, flavorful, presentable, and most importantly it leaves you wanting more. Highly recommend!

Great place! Food was fresh and it tasted amazing!! Everyone in my group of 6 said they would definitely would come back. The service was great as well. It felt spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend. My new favorite Mexican spot.
