Off the Traxx

I was there on Sat. Nov 25th waiting for tree lighting so I was waiting at "Order Window" outside to order a slice of pizza. Waited 45+ minutes at window. No service and no contact from workers. They had a closed sign on the inside order windiow and they were serving the folks at the bar but no service at ourside window for well over 45 minutes. When I spoke to one or two of the workers they said they were busy serving bar people. When I told them I would not give them a good review they said they didn't care. I will never return to that place again. Customer service was terrible. I would give this place a minus rating if they was one to give. Went to Mister 01 down the street and got a small pizza in 15-minutes.

I went here on Thursday and it was not that busy, my friend who was my guest at the table kept saying the waitress kept staring at her for whatever reason from over by the bar, us three sat at a table by the window. Our pizza was good plus we had 2 pitchers of beer, I didn't receive my receipt or change back after I sat there waiting for her to return so I left. Also my guests and I being made to feel uncomfortable for the waitress kept coming over and saying you don't have to leave you can stay as long as you like, to me that makes me feel like they were rushing us to move on. I paid over $50 so I think I should be able to take my time and talk with my friends and not feel like they want my money, now get out. I might be back!

Pretty good place to grab some decent food and watch a good game. They have lots of TVs so you are sure to find what you want playing. I had the wings which were quite tasty. I'd recommend the Thai sauce wings!

One of the few bars in the area that offers dancing and pool tables. The crowd gets really young sometimes on the weekends after 10:00pm. Not a bad thing, just a heads up. Drinks are reasonable. Pizza is very good.

Not a bad place... just not spectacular. Great location and lots of TVs. Also several arcade type games and a couple pool tables. The food is good too... unless you're a foodie. Then it's just average. With so many other options next and near... it must be the location.

Outstanding food and service. Our table had a personal pizza, turkey melt and jalapeno chicken sandwich and all were fantastic. Onion rings were great too! Friendly server, food was out hot and fast! Will definitely be back.
