Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing

I would highly recommend this restaurant!! I can’t say enough good things about this place.. from its outdoor seating with dolphin views to the amazing service and delicious food. The atmosphere was great, the staff were super friendly and the chef was amazing!

Very cool spot! I tried to stop here for lunch and they we’re working on their courtesy dock at that time. My Freedom Boat Club 21’ Release was the perfect size for their dock. Their menu looked so delicious and their reviews are excellent. I might just drive a car back for dinner if needed. The Freedom Boat Club staff recommended Dolphins Bar for happy hour!! We will be back soon!!

Both times I stopped in for dinner, the service was great, food was perfect, and the restaurant itself is one of the most appealing I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was extremely busy and the entire staff was working hard. The executive chef personally brought out our dessert. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

The food here is fresh and delicious! My husband had the pork sandwich and I opted for the chicken sandwich (coconut macadamia nut encrusted), both very tasty! We both had side salads which were fresh and had nice, thinly sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions on top that were a nice touch. Our daughter had the kids mac n cheese which is not your standard Kraft style but rather corkscrew pasta in a delicious cheese sauce. The fries that came with her meal were also delicious! While there are a few growing pains for them to overcome in terms of wait staff and just the overall flow of the restaurant, with time, this gorgeous restaurant will be a standout in the Merritt Island community!

We went to Dolphins on opening night and absolutely loved it!! The staff was friendly, the drinks were flowing, and you can’t beat the view! Music level was perfect, and there were even outdoor heaters to ensure that everyone was comfortable!

They are dog friendly, and to top it off we event got to see several dolphins!! If you are an out of towner looking for an authentic experience, or a local looking for a great place to eat make sure to check out Dolphins! I know we will be there at least once a week!
