Dunkin'

Nice little place. Only 2 tables inside & 3 outside. Donuts tasted nice & fresh even at 1pm! I also had a Blue Coolata, (like a slushy.)Icey cold! They have a drive up window, but I went inside. It's clean & bright. Lady behind the counter looked & acted very professional, but was very nice, pleasant & helped me decide on the donuts! It's really good to be waited on by someone that dresses & acts so nice. There's nothing wrong with the kids that usually work the counters in fast food places! It's great that they work! Guess it's just a different invironment, they're always so harried. It's hard work!!

Like the drive thru, only once I got a bad coffee, taste burnt.

It's been a long time since I had Dunkin coffee and I remember why. The coffee is not really that good. It was not fresh but it was hot. Staff was friendly and efficient even though it was a busy morning.

I had to wait a few extra minutes because they were out of a product that was part of my order. They offered me an alternative. It was fine with me. When I got my order they had added a serving of hash browns for my inconvenience. They also offered me a free donut. Really went out of their way to give great customer service.

A store that have been very recently rehabilitated, top to bottom! New attitude, new staff and the Restaurant General Manager Tracy is working hard to make everything better for her customers.

Stop in today and say hi, "we're glad that you are here," that what it felt like to me when I was there.
