Full Disclosure: This review is a bit old as its been a few months since we have been here. But I felt I needed to put in my thoughts on this place...

...And my thoughts are quite favorable. My wife and I ate here on the offering of a free breakfast for furloughed government employees, back in January of 2019. We took them up on the offer on what would be just days before the partial government shutdown ended. We were very thankful a local business was opening themselves up for this sort of patronage and regardless of what we would end up experiencing, I was thankful for their heartfelt offering.

Though it may come across as "a conflict of interest" I will state that regardless of what we were to experience, my review is accurate and fair. I can tell you this may be one of the best breakfast spots in the county. Not only do they offer a unique pancake breakfast, and pancake breakfast menu, they offer it up with the most friendliest service I can recall. Their pancakes are huge, so beware, come with an appetite and even if you do I would argue you still won't finish everything offered up.

Going out to breakfast is not a normal thing for my wife and I, but when we do go again, this will be our next stop.

Got a recommendation for this place on Google, looked through the pictures and decided I definitely wanted to give it a try. When I say the pictures of the dishes here are incredible when u try it it's just amazing.

It's a great local place with absolute amazing food. The only thing I can say is bring an appetite. Being from Central / south Brevard it was a bit of a drive but definitely worth it. Honestly the gravy was just like momma used to make and the pancakes are HUGE!
Biscuits are soft and melt in your mouth..

Went to the pancake house for the first time with friends from work. The food was wonderful ! SO impressed, we will be back soon. We tried the blueberry, the apple pie and the Elvis pancakes, everyone at the table was thrilled with their food. We enjoyed visiting with the owner, then, come to find out we only paid for our drinks because of Nurse's appreciation week. Wow ! Great food, super nice people AND they give back to the community! SOLD, thank you, we have a new favorite place.

Following them on social media since moving to Florida I could not wait to visit and Mother's Day was the perfect day. We knew it would be busy as most people are giving mom the morning off.
I read recently on social media that "they're just a flapjack house". And in looking at their pictures I would disagree. After visiting I can say they're so much more than a flapjack house. They're kindness, generosity, fun, hard work, passion and everything else you would expect from a family run business. They honor members of the community with an opportunity of appreciation for discounted meals.
Each employee that we interacted with today was polite, kind and hardworking. Danielle was our server and what an asset she is. Despite the busyness of Mother's Day she had a great attitude.
We had 5 people in our group. We waited a little while for our food but we anticipated that this could happen. We are not complaining. The food was fun and delicious. The cinnamon toast crunch cakes were sinfully sweet and oh so delicious.
We will be back for sure!

What a hidden gem!!! I am completely impressed! I went with a friend from out of town and was proud to have such an amazing little spot close to home. The place was cute and relaxed with outdoor seating. It was clean and friendly. The prices were similar to many other breakfast joints but the portions were HUGE and the flavors were crazy good! The menu items all sounded so good, I literally couldn't decide what to get. By the time we left, there was still so much food left but we were happily stuffed! I can't wait to take my kids; they are going to lose it when they see all the different pancakes and waffles! I can't wait to return! If they were open later, I'd be back tonight. I know it sounds insane but I am dying to try the cheesecake waffles!!! Bravo!
